Assessment, Screening & Programming

  • TPI Screen – We begin with a certified screening via the Titleist Performance Institute framework to identify physical limitations that impact your swing mechanics.

  • Golf Performance Assessment – We analyse your movement quality, strength, mobility, power and stability to uncover what’s holding you back.

  • Individualised Program – Using the assessment data, we design a custom program focused on your goals: increasing club-head speed, improving control, reducing pain, or simply playing more consistently without sideline time.

  • Injury Prevention & Rehab Integration – Because many golfers have experienced pain or injury, our program also includes prevention and rehabilitation components so you’re not just performing — you’re performing safely.
