Memberships
Personalized care for active people.
Our memberships are built for clients who want consistent, year-round access to the team, tools, and treatments that keep their bodies working at their best. Not a gym pass. A relationship with a clinical team that knows your body and tracks your progress over time.
Members get the work that gets results — one-on-one training, regular assessments, passive recovery sessions, body composition tracking — bundled into a single monthly commitment so you can show up and focus on the work, not on what to book next.
Everything that actually moves the needle.
Each membership bundles the assessments, programming, recovery, and tracking that keep results compounding — rather than letting them drift between disconnected appointments.

Pick the rhythm that fits your life.
Choose Private for full one-on-one focus, or Semi-Private to share the floor with a partner or friend at a lower per-session rate. Both formats include everything listed above.
Consistency is what makes the difference.
One assessment doesn't change a body. Twelve sessions over six months, paired with quarterly check-ins and access to the recovery tools that keep you progressing — that's what makes the body change.
Memberships exist because the work compounds. The clients who get the best results are the ones who show up consistently, get assessed regularly, and have the recovery infrastructure to support training that's actually hard. The membership model bundles all of that into one decision instead of dozens of small ones.
And capping availability at 30 keeps it honest. We can't deliver this level of attention to hundreds of members at once, so we don't try.
