Recovery Visit

Maintenance for the body you want to keep.

You don't have to be injured to come see us. The Recovery Visit is a focused session designed for injury prevention, performance maintenance, and addressing the small aches before they become real problems.

Whether you're prepping for a tournament, recovering from a heavy week of training, or just keeping the body tuned up for daily life, these visits use the same hands-on techniques and recovery tools as our full PT sessions — in a shorter, more targeted format.

Think of it as the routine maintenance your car gets to keep running smoothly. Only this time, it's for you.

Why Dalton Wellness

Most people wait until something hurts. The smart ones don't.

By the time pain shows up, the body has already been compensating for weeks — sometimes months. The Recovery Visit catches those compensations before they become injuries.

Tight hips become a tweaked low back. A sticky shoulder becomes a torn rotator cuff. Plantar fascia that's been gripping for months becomes a six-week issue you didn't need. Every one of these patterns is fixable in 30 to 60 minutes, before it costs you a season.

That's the whole point of regular maintenance — same as it is for anything else that's worth keeping in working order.
