The program evolves with you. General Fitness and Golf use built-in progressions. Custom Programming includes hands-on coach updates.

What app do I use?
Remote Programming is delivered through BridgeAthletic, the same platform used by professional and college sports teams. After signing up, you'll get access to the mobile app on iOS or Android with your program, exercise demos, and progress tracking built in.
What's the difference between the three programs?
General Fitness and Golf Performance are pre-built programs ready to use the day you sign up — they include built-in progressions and adapt based on your equipment and level, but don't include hands-on coach contact. Custom Programming is built individually for you with a detailed intake, monthly coach check-ins, direct messaging, and updates as you progress. Pick the format that matches the level of coach involvement you want.
What equipment do I need?
It depends on your goals and what you have access to. We can build programs around a full commercial gym, a home setup with dumbbells and bands, or even bodyweight-only if that's what you have. You'll set your available equipment when you sign up.
Can I switch programs later?
Yes. If you start with General Fitness and want to add Golf, or upgrade to Custom Programming, just reach out and we'll get you set up.
How long until I see results?
Most clients feel a difference in the first 2-3 weeks — better movement, more energy, less stiffness. Visible strength and body composition changes typically show up around weeks 6-12, depending on consistency. The honest truth: you'll get out of it what you put in.
Can I do Remote and in-person at the same time?
Absolutely. Some of our in-person clients use Remote Programming for the days they can't make it in — it keeps them on a structured plan without missing a beat. We can coordinate so the two work together.
